Car window tint films | Automotive window film shop
Car window films perform several important functions at the same time. First of all, they reduce the amount of light and solar energy entering the vehicle interior, which has a real impact on driving comfort on warm days. Reducing cabin heat build-up means a slower temperature rise after parking and less load on the air conditioning while driving.
The second important aspect is protecting the interior against UV radiation. Long-term exposure to sunlight accelerates fading of upholstery, plastics and interior trim elements. A properly selected film works as a filter that protects both materials and passengers’ skin. Car window films also provide privacy. Tinted windows reduce visibility into the vehicle from the outside, which is important both when parked and in everyday use.

What types of car window films are available in this category?
Within car window films, several basic types can be distinguished, differing in purpose and properties:
Protective film for the front windscreen – this is ClearPlex anti-shatter film, which is not used for tinting but for reinforcing the glass structure. In the event of an impact or crack, it helps keep the windscreen together and reduces the scattering of fragments. It is the only film installed on the exterior side.
Films for front side windows – intended for places where the balance between light reduction and very good visibility is important. They are characterised by higher light transmission and are selected with current regulations in mind.
Tinting films for rear side windows and the rear window – available in different transparency variants, from light tinting to very dark versions providing a high level of privacy and solar protection.
What films can you install on your car windows?

- On the front windscreen: anti-shatter protective film for the front windscreen
- On the front side windows: CAR ULTRA car window film for front side windows
- On the rear side windows and rear window: BLACK PREMIUM solar car window films in different transparency variants: 5%, 20%, 35%, 50%
Car window film and sun shades – what is the difference?
Unlike temporary sun shades, film is a permanent solution. It covers the entire glass surface, without gaps through which heat could pass. It does not need to be fitted and removed each time, it does not negatively affect the aesthetics of the car and it works all the time, regardless of the time of day or whether the vehicle is parked.
Sun shades work as a temporary solution, while film is a long-term option for people who expect constant protection and a consistent appearance of the windows.
Choose proven car window tint films to gain more privacy, a refined window appearance and real reduction of heat build-up inside the car.
Can car window film be installed by yourself?
Yes, the films are self-adhesive and ready for installation, but they require precise cutting and careful application to avoid bubbles and unevenness.
Is every tinting film suitable for front windows?
No. For front side windows, only films with high light transmission are used, such as CAR ULTRA.
How dark should the tint be for the rear window?
It depends on the expected level of privacy and sun protection. Darker films reduce heat build-up more effectively, while lighter films maintain better visibility. For the rear window, our customers most often choose BLACK PREMIUM 05 film or BLACK PREMIUM 20 film.
