This makes it possible to verify that the film parameters are suitable for the requirements of the specific glass construction.

A film with class 2B2 is tested with an impact from a greater height than 3B3. In the source description, this is explained as better protective properties against the effects of mechanical damage to glass.

EN/PL 12600 classifies safety glass by safety classes such as 3B3, 2B2 and 1B1.
